Waverley is a 3 bedroomed detached bugalow and is situated on Church Road just 10 minutes walk from Hugh Town and the quay. The bungalow has been completely refurbished.  We welcome families. Waverley is inspected yearly and has been awarded 4 stars.

Accommodation comprises:

Kitchen - fully equiped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

Linen is provided and plenty of towels.   For longer stays a fresh supply of linen and towels will be delivered at the end of each week.

Lounge - large room leading off the kitchen with large television (selection of satellite channels) .

Bedroom 1 - Double bed, fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - Twin-bedded, fitted wardrobe, vanity unit.

Bedroom 3 - Twin-bedded, en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobe.

Main bathroom - Bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin

All fixtures and fittings are new and of the highest quality.

There is a garden to the front and rear of the property with tables and chairs to the back.

Electricity is included.

FREE WiFi included.

Booking

To confirm your booking we require a deposit of £100 per week with the balance to arrive four weeks before your date of arrival. Please make payment by cheque payable to: I Trenear.  If you prefer to pay by BACS please contact us to request our bank details.

Arrival and departure

We hope to have the properties ready as soon as possible for arriving guests and and would therefore ask departing guests to vacate by 10 AM. We will, of course, look after luggage for guests arriving early or departing late.

Cancellation policy

We will make every effort to re-let cancelled accommodation. However, we would advise that the full amount will be charged if the accommodation is not re-booked and we therefore recommend that guests take out insurance.
