THURLEIGH flats are situated to the rear of Church Street with access from Porthcressa Road.
They are all close to the amenities, shops and restaurants of Hugh Town as well as the quay from where boats depart for the other islands.
The flats, which are both ground-floor, are inspected yearly by the West Country Tourist Board and have been awarded three stars.

FLAT 1: A small flat for two persons. It has a bedroom, with a double bed. There is an en-suite shower room and a third room with a combined kitchen, dining room and lounge area.
FLAT 2: A small flat for two persons. It has a bedroom with twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a third room which has a combined kitchen, dining room and lounge area.
ALL FLATS have microwaves, colour TVs, radios, iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and an alarm clock.
All linen is changed weekly and plenty of towels are provided and can be changed as and when needed.
There is an electricity meter in each flat which takes pound coins and power is charged at the standard rate.
