Four, two person flats in Hugh Town, St. Mary's

Albany House has been in our family since 1913. It is situated in the lower end of Church Street close to the amenities, shops and restaurants of Hugh Town and just five minutes walk away from the quay where boats depart for the other islands. Beaches are just a minute’s walk away.

We have renovated the flats so that they are comfortable and welcoming for our guests and yet retain some of the features of this 200-year old house.

There are four flats - three with double beds and one with twin beds.

All flats are inspected yearly by the West Country Tourist Board and have three stars.      

FLAT 1: A small flat for 2 persons situated on the ground floor at the front of the property. There is a double bedroom to the rear with en-suite shower room and a third room with a fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area.
FLAT 2: A small flat for 2 persons situated on the ground floor at the rear of the property. It has a double bedroom, en-suite shower room and a third room with a fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area.
FLAT 3: A small flat for 2 persons situated on the first floor. It has a double bedroom to the rear with en-suite shower room and a third room which combines a fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area.
FLAT 4: A small flat for 2 persons situated on the second floor. It has a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and a third room which combines a fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area.

 

ALL FLATS have microwaves, colour televisions, radios, hair dryers and alarm clocks. There is an ironing board and iron available for everyone's use.

All linen is changed weekly and plenty of towels are provided which can be changed as and when required.

There is an electricity meter in each flat which takes pound coins and power is charged at the standard rate.

We reserve all our flats for non-smokers.
